Special order in items are not returnable or refundable

All faulty item/s need to returned at customers expense for assessment and credit or replacement part will be given at suppliers discretion

Invoice number and part number is to be supplied with returned parts

Electrical spare parts only warranted when fitted by a qualified electrical repairer

Gas spare parts only warranted when fitted by a qualified Gas fitter

Any parts that require a licensed repairer to install,  we require sufficient documentation it has been fitted by one

Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase

All items remain the property of Agency Spare Parts until full payment of the item/s is received

A restocking fee may apply to parts returned to Agency Spare Parts
