Our 30–110°C thermostat is a single‑pole, break‑on‑rise capillary thermostat designed for temperature control in heated food‑service equipment. Built to the EGO 55.17024.010 pattern, it provides reliable switching performance for bain maries, pie warmers, urns and similar catering appliances. Supplied with knob and gland nuts for straightforward installation.
