Agency Spare Parts provides customers a door-to-door service via a number of courier services, namely Australia Post and Direct Freight.

DELIVERY RATES

Our delivery fees vary per order and are dependent on the size and weight of the item(s) purchased.

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees to remote areas or for bulky/heavy orders. In particular, orders weighing in excess of 22kg and where items are subject to cubing. If this occurs, customers will be contacted with an additional postage request quote.

If you have questions regarding delivery rates, we ask that you please call or email us directly to confirm your delivery costs. Special delivery rates and conditions may apply to certain overseas locations.

*FREE FREIGHT – MINIMUM SPEND $400 (AUD)

Applicable to Australian & New Zealand orders where the order value (excluding freight) exceeds $400.00, subject to the exclusions outlined below.

Free-Freight Exclusions & Conditions:

  • Free freight does not apply to certain suburbs and locations outside of metropolitan regions.
  • A surcharge applies to all dangerous goods, including refrigerants, gases, Viper-Brite, and aerosols.
  • Free freight and promotional items do not apply to air-conditioning units, pair coils, pan coils, roof or wall brackets, air-conditioning duct covers, axial fan motors, or other extremely bulky items.
  • Not applicable to overseas orders, excluding New Zealand (see below).
  • New Zealand – Free Freight will be provided to qualifying orders up to 5KG. Excess weight is charged at $10 (AUD) per KG.

SHIPPING TIME-FRAMES

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days of the order being placed with us. Standard orders are typically delivered within 3-10 working days from date of dispatch, depending on your location, excluding extremely remote areas.

We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered within the timeframes outlined for Standard deliveries; however, we are not liable for late delivery by Australia Post, Direct Freight, or other courier services. Late or delayed delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Our delivery obligation ends once the goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated address.

DELIVERIES MADE BY AUSTRALIA POST & DIRECT FREIGHT

Please note: We can only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses.

These services offer Authority to Leave, otherwise all courier deliveries will request a signature on delivery. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, they will either leave your consignment in a safe place, or leave a calling card to collect at your local post office. In the case of other freight companies, and although rare, they may also request a redeliver charge.

NOTIFICATION OF INCORRECT STOCK BEING RECEIVED

Customers must notify us of any incorrect or missing stock received within 30 calendar days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted, and we reserve the right to decline any adjustments or replacements requested beyond this time frame.
