Terms and Conditions, Warranty / Return Policy
- Special order in items are not returnable or refundable
- All faulty item/s need to returned at customers expense for assessment and credit or replacement part will be given at suppliers discretion
- Invoice number and part number is to be supplied with returned parts
- Electrical spare parts only warranted when fitted by a qualified electrical repairer and certificate number given
- Gas spare parts only warranted when fitted by a qualified Gas and certificate number given
- Any parts that require a licensed repairer to install, we require sufficient documentation it has been fitted by one
- All items remain the property of Agency Spare Parts until full payment of the item/s is received
- Certain items, such as Plastic and Copper, do not come with a warranty. Additionally, items that manufacturers do not warrant are also excluded from warranty.
- Notification of Incorrect Stock Received – Customers must notify us of any incorrect, missing, or excess stock received within 30 calendar days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted, and we reserve the right to decline any adjustments or replacements requested beyond this time frame.
- A restocking fee may apply to parts returned to Agency Spare Parts
- Warranty on Trade Sales – Please note that a 12-month trade warranty applies from the date of invoice and covers all trade sales that meet the criteria and terms outlined above.
